WARRANTY ON ENGINES, TRANSMISSIONS AND PARTS

 

GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

Auto Care Now is committed to the quality and workmanship of all the product(s) it sells and fully stands behind each ordered item with the following General Warranty and Return Policy.

1. What Is Covered and for How Long: Auto Care Now provides a General Limited Warranty from the original manufacturer/re-manufacturer/ distributor to the original purchaser that it’s product(s) of 90 days/unlimited mile, parts within that period from the date of purchase unless other warranties have been specified to the customer at the time of purchase.

2. General Limited Warranty Limitations: The General Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of the product by the purchaser.

The General Limited Warranty does not cover:

a) The proper or improper installations and/or application of the purchased, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary procured product/item and/or diagnosis of the installer.

b) Damage caused by external or electrical fault.

c) Damage caused by use of parts not sold by Auto Care Now.

d) Modifications to product(s) not approved in writing by Auto Care Now.

e) Defects caused by misuse, collisions or other accidents.

f) Equipment that has the serial number removed or made illegible.

g) Normal cosmetic and mechanical wear.

h) Damage or loss incurred during transit to an authorized repair facility.

i) Use of the product(s) in commercial applications, racing or other competition.

j) Replacement of this product as the result of vehicle’s manufacturer’s recommended replacement maintenance intervals.

k) Product(s) missing Vehicle Identification Number (VIN#) for product purchases requiring it and VIN# not supplied by purchaser.

3. Auto Care Now Obligations: During the applicable warranty period, Auto Care Now will repair or replace, at Auto Care Now sole option, without charge to the purchaser, any defective component(s) of the product. To obtain service under this General Limited Warranty, purchaser must first contact Auto Care Now and obtain a Return Goods Authorization Number (“RGA#”). Purchaser must than return merchandise in an adequate container for shipping, accompanied by original sales receipt or comparable proof of sale showing the date of purchase, an RGA# must be clearly marked on the outside of the box before any warranty work will be authorized. No exchanges, refunds or credits will be given at any time without first contacting the Customer Service Department and obtaining an approved RGA#. Any tamper seal found to be broken or tampered with will automatically void the General Limited Warranty. Any returned product(s) found to be contaminated with rust, varnish, or any other types of contaminant will void the General Limited Warranty. All product(s) ordered incorrectly due to customer error will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No refunds will be given for special orders, custom built products or shipping fees due to orders incorrectly place by customer. To obtain an RGA# and assistance on where to return the product, contact Auto Care Now. Upon receipt Auto Care Now will repair or replace the defective product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new product. All replaced parts, components, and equipment become the property Limited Warranty; purchaser must pay all parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair of such product(s). Repair or replacement under warranty will not extend the duration of the warranty period. The warranty period is valid from the original date of purchase.

            4. The limits on Auto Care Now Liabilities pertaining to the General Limited Warranty are as follows: THE WARRANTIES GIVEN IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, TOGETHER WITH AN IMPLIED WARRANTIES COVERING Auto Care Now PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS GENERAL LIMITED WARRANTY, EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Auto Care Now SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT OR SIMLIAR DAMAGES, LABOR, DAMAGE, RENTAL CAR, HOTEL, TOWING CLAIMS, ETC. LOSS OF PROFITS, DAMAGES TO THE PURCHASER’S PROPERTY, OR INJURY TO PURCHASER OR OTHERS ARISING OUT OF THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY     Auto Care Now PRODUCT(S), BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR NEGLIENCE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO Auto Care Now. THIS GENERAL LIMITED WARRENTY SHALL NOT EXTEND TO ANYONE OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER OR THE PRODUCT(S) AND STAES PURCHASE SHALL EXLUSIVELY REMEDY.

Auto Care Now reserves the right to make changes, modifications, or improvements in these products without incurring any obligations to similar alter, modify, or improve products previously purchased, exchanged, traded, bartered, or complimentary procured.

Auto Care Now Core Credit and Return Policy

If core is required with this purchase the core must be returned in the original box in which your product was sent to you. The returned core must have the same OEM part number as the remanufactured unit purchased and be in remanufacturable condition to receive credit. Core must be received back to us within 20 days from the date you receive the product to be eligible for the core deposit. Core must be returned to the address from which the unit was sent as we have multiple facilities. Purchaser is responsible for the shipping and related charges associated with returning the core.

In addition, no core credit will be given if the following conditions are present:

  1. A core that is damage, cracked, melted, broken, corroded or has missing component(s).
  2. Visible signs of rust, fire damage, water damage, or physical abuse/force.
  3. Core returned that are not a direct replacement for the product/item that was purchased.
  4. The core information label on the top flap in the box must be completed.
  5. Any tamper seal found to be broken will automatically void eligibility for core credit.
  6. Any returned core found to be contaminated with rust, varnish, or any other type of contaminant, will automatically void the eligibility for core credit.
  7. Core returned to us exceeding 20 days from the date you receive the product.
